MOSCOW: The government of the Russian Federation allowed the Russian airline S7 to take two Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft out of the country. This is stated in the relevant order of the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin dated August 27.
"To allow Globus LLC to export goods outside the territory of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Turkey according to the list according to the appendix," the document says.
