Russian-allied forces Offensive in the direction of Soledar in Bakhmut

MOSCOW: ▪Despite the difficult situation in other sectors of the front, the Russian-allied forces continue to break through the enemy's defenses in the direction of Soledar. The main role in this is played by Wagner PMC units.

▪During the offensive from the direction of Kodem, assault groups of "Wagners" established control over the settlements of Nikolajevka and Nikolajevka Vtoraja. They continue to move towards Otradovka and the southern outskirts of Zaitsevo.

▪At the same time, detachments of the ČVK Wagner attack from the village of Vershinyi and approach the positions of the Ukrainian formations east of Zaytsevo.

▪Wagner fighters also attack from the side of the Bakhmut (Artyomovsk) - Svetlodarsk highway in order to encircle the forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the Donbasskaya electrical substation. They cover the territory of the building from the eastern and northeastern sides.

▪Besides the successful actions in Bahmut, the allied forces advanced in Soledar. The detachments of the ČVK Wagner occupied a part of the highway between Bakhmutski and Pokrovski, and the units of the 7th brigade of the Russian-NM DPR occupied the first block in the north of the city. The front line now goes along Cosmonaut Street.

🔻The idea of ​​the allied forces in the direction of Soledar is not to attack the settlements "in principle", but to occupy all the fortified areas around and create a bridgehead for a simultaneous attack from several sides. This will allow you to take Bakhmut and Soledar by storm without long bloody urban battles.
