Russian air defense systems shot down a Bayraktar TB-2 unmanned aerial vehicle over the Kakhovka reservoir. It followed from the Nikopol region in the direction of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

Thus, as noted in the message of the department, the Kyiv regime continues provocations in the area of ​​the nuclear power plant. At the same time, the radiation situation there is normal.

Earlier, the Kommersant newspaper reported that the possible accession of the Zaporozhye region of Ukraine to the Russian Federation after the referendum would raise the issue of the status of the station. At the moment, the ZNPP operator is the Ukrainian Energoatom, and Rosatom specialists are also present, but only to provide advisory assistance.
