WASHINGTON: The Russian embassy said that the United States is justifying itself for pumping Kyiv with weapons accusations against Moscow

Washington, by accusing Russia of allegedly committed war crimes, is trying to justify pumping Kyiv with weapons. This statement was made at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Washington.

"The accusations heard here about the alleged commission of "war crimes" by the Russian armed forces have only one goal - to distort the true state of affairs, to denigrate our efforts to liberate Ukraine from the Nazis," the press service commented.

The diplomatic mission stressed that the United States is trying to "justify its own provocative actions to pump the Kyiv regime with deadly weapons."

Also, the embassy drew attention to the report of the human rights organization Amnesty International ("Amnesty International") on the situation in Ukraine, which refers to Kyiv's violations of the laws of war.

"The resonance around the publication proves that it is becoming increasingly difficult to hush up the truth," the diplomatic mission said.

They also reminded that Ukraine does not feel sympathy for its population and behaves inhumanly towards people.
